**Job Description:**
- Work in the Rehab Division, contributing to patient care and recovery in an ARU setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Participate in therapy sessions that help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Document patient progress and provide input on necessary treatment plan adjustments.
- Float to Med/Surg units as needed to provide additional support.
- Work schedule: Tuesday through Saturday.
- Utilize the Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for all documentation.
- Adhere to dress code by wearing Kelly Green scrubs.
- Position arises due to increased census and is a vital part of maintaining high-quality patient outcomes.
