**Job Description:**
- Provide assistance in physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Conduct exercises and treatments according to the plan established by the supervising therapist.
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
- Maintain patient records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Ensure compliance with professional practices and standards as well as policies and procedures.
- Attend necessary training and orientation sessions to align with facility protocols.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support patient care delivery and therapeutic objectives.
