**Job Description:**

- Work in an acute rehab setting without the requirement to float to other units.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Assist in developing and implementing therapeutic programs with physical therapists.
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for documentation.
- Comply with dress code by wearing gray scrubs.
- Participate in orientation as per facility guidelines.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and patients.

Note: The facility has 15 beds in the rehab division.
