**Job Description:**
- Provide support to physical therapists in delivering patient care
- Assist in implementing treatment programs according to the plan of care
- Document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ensure safety and compliance with therapy protocols
- Maintain treatment area, equipment, and supplies in a clean and orderly condition
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
