Job Description & Requirements Registered Respiratory Therapist - (RRT) StartDate: 12/16/2024 Available Shifts: 12 E Pay Rate: $1671.00 - $1925.00 RRT needed asap for 13 weeks The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) or respiratory therapist is an individual trained in the technical aspects of respiratory care and will exhibit those skills and deliver modalities of respiratory therapy, emergent and intensive respiratory care, and diagnostic procedures. Work hours are 24 hour coverage rotational, day or night shifts, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime. Facility currently has a low COVID census. Days flexible for evenings, w/e call Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start. REQUIRED: Must have an Associate's degree in respiratory care or have equivalent education (certificate of completion in respiratory care) Must have two (2) years of experience in respiratory care at a general/acute hospital. Must have and maintain a current valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Must have and maintain a current valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license from any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. Must have and maintain a current valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Required Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult Experience: 2 years Licenses: RT-AZ Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care; ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA AND Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU Experience: 2 years Certifications: NRP-AHA(Copy needed) AND Registered Respiratory Therapist, Pedi Experience: 2 years Certifications: PALS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required ORIENTATION: Every two (2) weeks only. COVID EXEMPTIONS: We do not accept religious exemptions. If a candidate submits for a medical exemption, we will have to get approval from our medical review board to proceed with onboarding.
