Job Title: Pulmonary Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour varied shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience required; must have completed at least one 13-week travel assignment License: Active compact state license required Certifications: - BLS required - PALS, NRP, and ACLS preferred - All certifications must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross Must-Have: - PFT experience - EPIC EMR experience preferred - Flexibility in shift scheduling Job Description: - Provide cardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for patients requiring diagnostic testing, respiratory treatment, and/or ventilatory support - Adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently - Participate in orientation during the first week of the contract, which includes EPIC training - Work on call, weekends, holidays, and float as needed - Float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the assigned location - Holiday time off requests will not be approved for travelers Additional Information: - Candidates must not have been employed by the system within the past 12 months - Ensure accurate entry of personal information to avoid onboarding issues
