Job Overview: As a Remote Travel Scheduler at Compass Travel Co, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating travel itineraries for our clients. Responsibilities: Itinerary Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints to create customized travel itineraries. Booking Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and tours, based on client preferences and availability. Scheduling: Plan and schedule travel activities and appointments, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing time efficiency for clients during their trips. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, recommendations, and assistance throughout the planning and booking process. Vendor Management: Liaise with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and tour operators, to confirm reservations, obtain necessary documentation, and resolve any issues that may arise. Documentation: Prepare and organize all necessary travel documentation, including itineraries, confirmations, tickets, and visas, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Emergency Assistance: Provide 24/7 support to clients during their travels, offering assistance with changes, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances as they arise. Post-Travel Follow-Up: Conduct post-travel follow-up with clients to gather feedback, address any concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with their travel experiences.
