Job Details:



Pay: $2480 per week 


Duration of assignment: 32 weeks


Positions Open: 1


Shift: Monday-Friday; 7.5 hours per day


40 hours weekly guarantee


AMN or School CF Supervision: YES


The assignment includes providing direct therapy, attending individualized education program meetings (IEPs), writing IEP reports, performing assessments and screenings, working closely with other members of the Special Education Department



 

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted AZ License


Arizona Department of Education Certificate


Active BLS certification through American Heart Association


Must have at least 2 years of experience 


Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
