Job Details:
Pay: $3200 per week
Duration of assignment: 13 weeks
Positions Open: 1
Shift: Day
40 hours weekly guarantee
Provides services by physician referral in multiple settings; including inpatient, outpatient, Home Health and Long Term Care. Provides assessment, performs evaluation, identifies therapy diagnosis, formulates therapy treatment plan with goals and implements treatment of Speech-Language Pathology services to patients. Be responsible as the primary therapy provider to implement, supervise and modify a therapy plan of care based on assessment of patient response to optimize the outcome for each patient
Requirements:
Active Unrestricted AK License
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active BLS certification through American Heart Association
Must have at least 3 years of experience
Experience with modified barium swallow / video fluoroscopic swallowing studies and bedside clinical swallowing examinations, preferred
MUST HAVE COVID AND FLU VACCINATIONS
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
