Perm - Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP) - Rehab (Days) Norman, OKSalary Range: $31.31 - $51.14/hour (based on previous work experience) The OP Speech Therapist essential functions include, but are not limited to:

Develops a treatment plan and/or appropriate follow-up by performing initial and ongoing assessment of the patient's condition.
Provides speech therapy services.
Documents delivery of speech therapy services.
Attends patient care meetings and actively participates in planning for the provision of speech/language services
Works across departments to maintain daily workflow for provision of Speech/Language Pathology Services.
Assists departmental leadership in ensuring quality Speech/Language Pathology services.
Supervision of SLP-A in outpatient setting, to include direct and indirect patient caseload coordination.
