**Job Description:**

- Provide speech therapy services primarily in an outpatient setting, with some assignments in other units as necessary.
- Work within a 75-bed acute care facility offering diverse rehabilitation services.
- Deliver patient-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ability to float to multiple units as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
- Adhere to the dress code of black scrubs, maintaining a professional appearance.
- Participate in the evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Utilize Epic EMR to document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest practices in speech therapy.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to foster a supportive treatment environment.
- Uphold the standards and protocols of the rehabilitation division to ensure high-quality care delivery.
