**Job Description:**

- Provide speech therapy services within the Inpatient Rehab and Acute Care settings.
- Primary responsibility will be on the Inpatient Rehab unit; should be prepared to float to Acute Care as needed.
- Engage in speech therapy treatment planning and deliver high-quality care to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to achieve comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in the electronic medical records system, EPIC.
- Adhere to facility dress code: Caribbean Blue Scrubs or Khaki pants with a polo shirt.
- Attend and participate in any required orientation or training sessions as part of the role.
- The position reports to the contact within the Rehab Division, ensuring communication and workflow consistency.
