**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Facility may call off traveler up to one shift every two weeks

**Experience:** 1 Year of Skilled Nursing Experience Required

**License:** Pending License Accepted

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

**Must-Have:** Dysphagia Management Skills (Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Compensatory Strategies, Hyolaryngeal Exercises)

**Job Description:**

- Transitional Care SLP position
- Conduct Plan of Care, Assessment, Evaluation, and Discharge
- Ratio of 1:5-6
- Charting using ECS
- Non-billable orientation of 40 hours at start
- Modules to be completed pre-start and annually, averaging 16 hours
- Expected to float between all facilities within a given state if required
- Reliable transportation required
- Acceptance of local candidates within a 50-mile radius
- Consideration of first-time travelers
- Confirmation of weekend requirement is pending
- No on-call requirement
- Must wear basic colored scrubs
- Modules completion is self-reported with progress tracked
