**Job Description:**
- Work in a Magnet Facility and Level II Trauma Center.
- Provide speech language pathology services to a unit with a daily census of 50-70 patients.
- Collaborate with a team of 5-6 SLPs on weekdays and 3-4 SLPs on weekends.
- Conduct MBS (Modified Barium Swallow) and FEES assessments.
- Manage a patient population ranging from ICU to skilled nursing facility/outpatient levels.
- Participate in a flexible schedule option: 4x10-hour shifts or 5x8-hour shifts.
- Required to work minimal weekends and willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- Orientation includes 40 hours; modules to be completed pre-start and annually.
- Willingness to participate in continued education and training modules.
- Adheres to a dress code of any color scrubs or business casual.
- Utilize Epic for charting.
- Meet facility needs without floating outside the scope.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Transfer Training
- Video Fluoroscopy
- Experience with Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, and Adult Coma Stimulation.
- Experience with Anoxia, Aphasia, Apraxia, Dementia/Alzheimer's.
- Experience with making professional telephone calls.
