**Job Description:**

- Provide compassionate care to residents in a nursing home environment
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Participate in routine patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Deliver treatments and medications following physician's orders
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Participate in regular training and professional development sessions
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a positive attitude
