**Job Description:**

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address specific patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Conduct family and caregiver education to facilitate effective communication strategies.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated with the latest advancements in speech therapy.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned, related to patient assessment and rehabilitation goals.

Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in a similar setting and with relevant experience. Completion of background checks is required, including criminal searches and drug screening.
