**Experience:** At least 1 year as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist

**License:** Active Illinois SLP License

**Certifications:** CCC, BLS

**Must-Have:** Negative drug screen for all panels

**Job Description:**

- Provide general inpatient and outpatient care for adults, including bedside evaluations and treatment, video fluoroscopic studies, and outpatient clinic visits.
- Utilize electronic medical records system, Epic, for documentation.
- Be prepared to work occasional weekend shifts, typically one Saturday per month.
- May be the only Speech Language Pathologist on-site some days.
- Potential to float to other facilities if patient census is low, though this is not anticipated.
- Typical inpatient census is around 70 patients.
- Adhere to the dress code, which requires wearing scrubs.
- Participate in a 12-hour orientation period, during which guaranteed hours do not apply.
