Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Specialty: Inpatient Rehabilitation

Job Duration: Ongoing, 2-3 Saturdays per month

Shift: Five 8-hour days

Guaranteed Hours: Full-time position

Experience: 2+ years of experience required; Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility experience preferred; Skilled Nursing Facility/Acute experience required

License: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Must-Have: Must have a valid FL license; experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic

Job Description:
- Provide speech-language pathology services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Work flexible shifts, including 2-3 Saturdays per month and holidays
- Maintain documentation using EMR systems in compliance with facility standards
- Adhere to a smoke-free work environment
- Ensure all demographic and required information is up to date in professional profile
