**Job Description:**

- Conduct assessments and evaluations, including augmentative device application and speech development analysis.
- Develop, modify, and implement individual and group therapy programs enhancing communication and addressing swallowing issues.
- Provide recommendations for food and liquid texture modifications, medical referrals, and participation in swallowing studies.
- Design and deliver speech, language, and dysphagia management services, including hearing screenings and communication skills training.
- Offer in-service training to staff on speech-language techniques and protocols.
- Act as a sign language interpreter when necessary.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to provide professional insights and treatment planning.
- Attend professional development workshops and seminars.
- Counsel and inform guardians and family members on speech, language, hearing, and swallowing issues.
- Compose and complete reports, lesson plans, and therapy program documents.
- Operate computer systems for record-keeping and development of augmentative communication devices.
- Maintain electronic communication devices and hearing aids.
