**Job Description:**

- Provide speech therapy services in a home health setting.
- Work as part of a rehab division focused on patient recovery.
- Engage with patients to improve their speech and communication abilities.
- Maintain proper records and documentation using EPIC EMR system.
- Ensure compliance with established healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training as required.
- Adhere to the dress code as specified by the facility.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals.
- Deliver compassionate and effective care to all patients within the facility.
- Be flexible with changes and adaptable to the evolving needs of the facility.
