**Job Title:** Rehabilitation Therapist **Job Specialty:** Speech Therapist **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Days (8:00 AM - 2:30 PM), no weekends **Guaranteed Hours:** 32 hours per week **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience **License:** Current unencumbered Speech-Language Pathology license required **Certifications:** Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association, or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required; Healthcare Provider AHA BLS required **Must-Have:** Ability to travel to multiple points of care **Job Description:** - Evaluate and treat patients experiencing difficulty with speech sounds, language, voice, swallowing, and cognition, including memory, attention, and problem-solving. - Provide care for both adult and pediatric patients with a wide variety of diagnoses in acute and outpatient settings. - Follow patients from initial evaluation to discharge, ensuring consistent and personalized care. - Collaborate with other healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care. - Enjoy the autonomy of therapist-driven treatment times. - Provide holiday coverage as required. - Utilize the EPIC EMR system for managing patient records and documentation.
