**Job Description:**

- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and oral/feeding/swallowing skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve goals.
- Document patient care and maintain records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques for continued practice at home.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage patients.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
