**Must-Have:**
- Prescreen Filled Out and Attached
- Resume and License Verification Attached
- Covid Test 72 Hours Prior to Start Date, with Results Issued 48 Hours Prior

**Job Description:**

- Ensure prescreen documentation, resume, and license verification are included with application submission.
- Conduct therapy sessions with patients, focusing on improving speech and communication abilities.
- Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings.
- Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain records of patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize care for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all background checks and credentialing requirements, including criminal searches and background checks.
- Conduct necessary health assessments, including a 2-step PPD or Quantiferon, or provide proof of positive PPD and Chest X-ray.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including Covid-19 testing protocols.
- Participate in any required training and orientation sessions.
