Therapy gym open 7 days/ week


Comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans with focus on discharge needs; 72 hour meetings to discuss discharge plans, well educated and experienced rehab staff with hands on approach and attention to detail.

Sub-Acute Care


8 hour - Day shift


40 Hours Weekly Guarantee

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted MA License


BLS via American Heart Association – required


Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
