**Job Description:**
- Provide speech therapy services in a home health setting.
- Work within the rehab division to support patients' recovery and improve communication abilities.
- Primarily work in the acute rehab unit, with the possibility of floating to other units if census is low.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Utilize Meditech for electronic medical records.
- Adhere to dress code requirements: teal top with brown bottom scrubs, or black, or business casual.
- Cover for a current team member on leave.
- Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to provide compassionate care in a dynamic environment.
