**Job Description:**
- Provide home health speech therapy services in designated areas.
- Work independently to manage a caseload, visiting up to 6 patients per day.
- Maintain accurate records and charting using EPIC system.
- Meet productivity standards with 30 productivity points as a standard.
- Participate in orientation, team meetings, and required training programs.
- Must be flexible to work one weekend shift per contract.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including current vaccination requirements.
- Free from on-call duties and no requirement to float between units.
- Locals considered within a 50-mile radius, with the same rate.
- Occasional travel up to 50+ miles, minimizing drive time by grouping clients.
- Experience with the OASIS system is preferred but not mandatory.
- Dress code is business casual with no standard color for scrubs.
- Participate?in modules completed pre-start and annually, with an average of 16 hours spent.

This position does not accommodate block scheduling. Candidates must confirm any time-off requests and provide interview availability. Candidates should have two supervisory references covering one year of employment in a comparable setting. Prepare for orientation hours and modules as part of the onboarding process.
