**Job Title:** Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Outpatient

**Guaranteed Hours:**

**Experience:** 3 years required; not open to first-time travelers

**License:** Active license in Speech Language Pathology

**Certifications:**
- Certification of Competency in Speech Language Pathology
- Preferred: Modified Barium Swallow Study

**Must-Have:**
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
- Flu Vaccine (No Exemptions)

**Job Description:**
- Provide speech therapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous education opportunities.
- Must be willing to travel as local candidates are not accepted (must be based over 65 miles away).
- Professional references, including two Manager/Supervisor references, are needed for clearance.
