**Job Description:**
- Provide speech therapy services to patients as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation program.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Document patient progress and modify plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on strategies to improve communication and swallowing functions.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques in speech therapy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
