**Job Description:**
- Ensure prescreen forms are completed and attached when submitting application.
- Attach resume and license verification; applications with missing items will be declined.
- Perform clinical duties and deliver therapy within the specialty of speech therapy.
- Maintain patient records and report on progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and case discussions.

- Show flexibility and adaptability, adjusting to facility and patient needs.
