**Job Title:** Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

**Job Specialty:** Outpatient Rehabilitation Pediatric Speech Pathology

**Job Duration:** 18 months

**Shift:** Day - 4x10 - 8 AM to 6 PM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 37 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of Pediatric SLP experience required

**License:** Required

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)

**Must-Have:**
- 1 year of Pediatric SLP experience
- Outpatient experience
- Flexible and quick learner
- Eligibility for travel assignments

**Job Description:**

- Work in Outpatient Rehabilitation focusing on pediatric care
- Treat approximately 9 patients per day
- Handle cases involving development, cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, and hydrocephalus, among others
- Engage in a collaborative environment with a fun, young, and dynamic team
- Participate in departmental orientation and take on a limited caseload initially
- Follow a block schedule from Monday to Friday with four 10-hour shifts per week
- Enjoy a culture with lots of outdoor activities
- Adhere to a business casual dress code with closed-toe shoes
- Work exclusively in outpatient settings with no weekend or holiday requirements
- Document using Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient EMR

**Additional Notes:**

- Department provides half a day for orientation and a week with limited cases
