Pay: $ (to be updated)

8 hour - Day shift; Monday through Friday, Yes to weekend rotation


Yes travel required


Setting: Skilled Nursing Setting – Long Term Care - 88 beds


Electronic documentation via Net Health


40 hours weekly guarantee

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted VA License


BLS via American Heart Association – required


Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
