Travel Surgical Technologist - $1,367 Per Week

Certification Details Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program. Surgical Technologist Certification preferred. Job Details Winneshiek Medical Center (dbaWinnMed) is seeking a full-time contract for a Surgical Technologist in the Surgery Department for 13 weeks minimum. Surgical Technologists are responsible for providing technical assistance during surgical procedures. Have knowledge of and utilize appropriate protocols relating to scrubbing and assisting in surgery of patients of all ages. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player. Surgery Includes: General, Orthopedics, ENT, OBGYN, Podiatry, Urology, Dental. Job Requirements State of Iowa Mandatory reporter training. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program. Surgical Technologist Certification preferred. Must stay within 30 minutes of WinnMed when on-call. American Heart Association BLS required. Schedule Information Position is primarily 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 3:30 pm. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on surgery case load (as early as 6:00am). Position includes on-call rotation, approximately 1 night per every 2 week pay period, and every 5th to 6th weekend. Holiday Call rotation included.
