Job Title: Technologist Job Specialty: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Job Duration: Not specified Shift: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: Valid driver's license in good current standing; maintain required state licensure Certifications: ARRT Certification Must-Have: Vaccination against COVID-19 or proper documentation for exemption Job Description: - Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities. - Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation. - Unload portable X-Ray equipment and deliver to facilities for exams as ordered by physicians. Ensure clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images. - Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation. - Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol. - Efficiently communicate and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. - Regularly maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment.
