Job Title: Radiology Technician Job Specialty: X-Ray Technician Job Duration: 11 weeks Shift: Night 4x10-Hour (18:45 - 07:15, Wednesday to Saturday) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the specialty; 3 years required for New Orleans operating room License: Compact or LA license required upon submission Certifications: ARRT, LSRTBE, BLS, COVID-19 vaccination, flu shot Must-Have: Extensive C-arm experience Job Description: - Provide excellent radiologic services with a focus on quality and patient safety. - Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images. - Assist physicians with C-arm procedures. - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. - Comply with all safety standards and infection control protocols. - Collaborate with medical staff to deliver patient-centered care. - Ensure continuous professional development and stay updated with industry standards. - Comply with AHA and AWHONN Intermediate requirements for certifications as necessary. - Participate in 8-hour orientation to integrate effectively with the team. Note: Candidates must live over 65 miles from the job site and must not have been employed as permanent or in-house agency staff for at least one year prior to this assignment.
