Location: Traveling & Remote as needed
Compensation: Starting at $75 per hour (Travel expenses covered by the employer)

Introductio nWe are seeking a Traveling Personal Assistant who will provide high-level support, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience during travel.
This role requires extensive travel, advanced logistical planning, and the ability to handle language barriers and foreign environments effectively.

Responsibilitie s:? Accompany the principal on domestic and international trips, meeting all travel needs with precision and car
e.? Deliver luggage and personal belongings in advance, ensuring accommodations are ready upon arriva
l.? Coordinate complex travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, and itinerary planning (If required, need to go to the destination in advance to inspect and arrange sightseeing routes.
).? Navigate foreign environments and handle language barriers for smooth travel experience
s.? Arrange accommodations, including check-ins, room setups, and special requests (If required, need to go to the destination in advance to inspect and arrange accommodations
).? Perform personal assistant tasks like running errands, managing schedules, and handling communications during trave
l.? Anticipate the principal's needs, ensuring preferences and requirements are met at all time
s.? Liaise with local vendors, service providers, and hotel staff to ensure high service standard
s.? Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matter
s.? Coordinate with the Chief of Staff and other team members for consistent suppor
t.
Requireme nts? Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Well-traveled with strong skills in navigating foreign countries and handling language barrie
rs.? Flexibility required, as the position involves extensive travel both domestically and internationally (Availability to travel at short notice is essentia
l).? 5+ years of experience in a butler or personal assistant role with significant international travel experien
ce.? Exceptional organizational and logistical skills, adept at managing complex travel arrangemen
ts.? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising with a variety of external parties and vendo
rs.? Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable in handling confidential informati
on.? Highly adaptable and resourceful, able to anticipate and address needs proactive
ly.? Multilingual skills are a plus, but not requir
