Job Summary:
We are a leading national garage door service and installation company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers.
With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a qualified Sales Coach to support our technicians and sales staff to improve average sales, close rate, and customer satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities: Coaching & Development: Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions with technicians to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and action plans for success.
Provide ongoing feedback, support, and encouragement to help sales reps meet and exceed their targets.
Develop personalized coaching plans based on individual performance metrics and career goals.
Training: Design and deliver training programs on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer engagement, and other relevant topics.
Stay updated on the latest sales trends and methodologies and incorporate them into training sessions.
Facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, and other interactive training activities.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with the sales team to monitor progress against individual and team goals.
Provide regular reports to the Sales Director on the effectiveness of coaching and training initiatives.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales Director to align coaching strategies with overall business objectives.
Work with marketing and product teams to ensure sales reps have up-to-date information and materials.
• Motivation & Support: Create a positive, motivating, and high-performance sales culture.
Encourage a team-oriented environment and foster open communication.
Provide guidance on managing stress, overcoming challenges, and maintaining a positive mindset.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities: 5+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a coaching or mentoring role.
Proven success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools.
Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
Travel 2-4 weeks per month.
