About the Position:

Overall responsibility for project management.
Responsible for mechanical projects ranging in size from $30M - $50M Manage staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and statutory and legal compliance.
Maintain constructive relationships and communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials and company staff.
Strong base salary, per diem, ESOP company, bonus opportunity, car allowance.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience working in the HVAC Mechanical field Ability to drive or fly to worksites
