Overview: Project Portfolio - all cold storage and food facilitiesProject Locations - nationwideAll aspects of construction handled in-houseCulture of excellence and teamworkGreat leadership team with clear plans for company growthHands off management approachStrong pipeline of projects through 2025 Job Description Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client, acting as an extension of their facilities teamCoordinate communication between the client, the Project Manager, subcontractors, and subconsultants for food facility construction projectsOversee high-profile food industry projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, managing costs, schedules, subcontractor performance, and budgetsCoordinate site requirements including subcontractors, materials, equipment, and labor for efficient project executionEngage with clients to meet company standards for margins, quality, and safetyExamine and process shop drawings and submittalsProvide direction and training to Assistant Field Construction personnelHandle projects of various sizes in the food facility construction sectorManage construction meetings and material suppliersReview and process payment requestsEnsure projects are completed in an organized and efficient manner
