About the Position:

Seeking a capable and experienced traveling superintendent with the desire to be part of a winning Design Build contractor.
Our comprehensive team approach to building means you are well supported and in control of all aspects of the project in this lead Superintendent role.


The Superintendent is responsible for the on-site management of one large commercial construction project at a time.
Overseeing the work of subcontractors, schedule material and labor, inspecting quality workmanship, and overseeing field safety and operations.
Our Superintendents are one call away from our in-house design and engineering professionals making the job of daily management flow seamlessly and much more efficiently with all elements in house.

Requirements:
Possess the traits of integrity, collaboration, and teamwork.
7+ years of general contracting or design build experience as lead Superintendent, or relevant field-management of commercial construction projects.
Prior project experience within the ground up commercial, office, and/or healthcare sectors.
Historically successful managing subcontractors, material suppliers, and governing agencies.
Proven track record of establishing project schedules and managing projects on time and within budget.
Effective management of Subcontractors keeping them accountable for on-time performance.
