With two offices located in Orlando and Melbourne, FL we are rapidly growing! The perfect fit for this position requires previous experience and the ability to manage all aspects of overseeing commercial construction projects. We are looking for a smart working individual with strong determination, who takes pride in their work and is always looking for ways to improve. Attention to detail and knowledge of all permits, procurement, vendor and sub-contractor oversight, construction schedules, quality control steps and end finishes is required.
Superintendent Responsibilities Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to management as necessaryMake changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlinesReviews and drives project schedules during site visits, highlighting potential challengesCollaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timelineProvide leadership in responding creatively to challenges to bring projects in on schedule and under budget where feasibleEnsure jobsite safety and quality on all project sitesPerforms all other related duties and assignments as required Benefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision InsuranceLife insurancePaid Time OffHoliday PayFloating HolidayCompany Phone or Personal Phone ReimbursementiPadBranded Apparel Reimbursement Schedule: 8 hour shiftMonday to Friday License/Certification: Driver's License (required) Work Location: In person
