Responsibilities: The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for supporting a multitude of treasury-related activities, including Cash Management, Risk Management, Debt Compliance and Lender Relationships.
Special focus to be placed on:
Coordinate requests from participating lenders in Company's $1.5 Billion revolving credit facility Coordinate processes for submitting required compliance and reporting data associated with Company's Asset Backed Securitization instruments Performs wide variety of tasks integral to the company's risk management functions including comprehensive tracking, validation and reporting of commodity derivative transactions Assist with preparation of materials required for various presentations including board package, semi-annual bank meetings and rating agency surveillance work Lead subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs Supports various Corporate Finance projects and requests related to, but not limited to, capital markets, rating agencies, peer benchmarking, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 2 years' experience in Treasury or Banking functions MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Experience in Oil & Gas (E&P) a plus CFA Level 1 or higher a plus
