Job Title: Treasury Operations Administrator
Pay Rate: $38.46/hr.
[Equivalent to $80K] + Benefits
Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM CST
Duration: Full-Time!
Be a permanent employee from day one.
Job Duties: Assisting the Treasury team in developing, maintaining, and executing various financial operations according to the needs and objectives of multiple entities and individuals.
Managing the execution of payables as directed by the Treasurer, following vendor-preferred payment methods.
Researching, implementing, and maintaining financial systems required across the organization.
Handling the depositing of received funds for corporate offices.
Initiating and confirming domestic and international payments, coordinating with the Treasury team, and communicating relevant information to appropriate parties.
Providing real-time bank data and reports to entities and individuals upon request.
Offering payroll support when needed.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with asset managers, vendors, bankers, and professional networks to enhance strategies across multiple companies and individuals.
Serving as an advocate for team-building opportunities, contributing to a collaborative and cohesive company culture.
Job Requirements:3-5 years of front-line banking or treasury management experience QuickBooks or Netsuite experience is highly preferred Ability to multitask and thrive in a small office environment Intermediate ability with Excel [i.e.
VLOOKUP] Experience with payroll processing and/or ADP is a big plus!
General knowledge of best practices in banking/lending, general finance, and other treasury related aspects
