Job Title: Trial Attorney Location: Full Remote Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Defense Trial Attorney to join our fully remote team. This position focuses on representing insurance companies and their policyholders in a variety of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong trial experience and a passion for defending clients' interests. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations related to insurance defense matters. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Manage all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through trial and appeals. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, strategic legal advice. Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable resolutions for clients. Stay updated on developments in insurance law and relevant legal trends. Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative case strategy discussions. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
