Trial Attorney

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of practice experience.
We are seeking a candidate who has first-chaired at least 5 jury trials to verdict.
The candidate must be proficient in the practice area of personal injury with ample experience handling motor vehicle accidents and slip/trip and fall incidents.
This candidate should also have experience with professional malpractice (medical and legal), and have a firm grasp of medical terminology and the sequela that follow an alleged incident.
Responsibilities Detailed research centered around both established personal injury principles regarding causation and novel principles that require developed critical legal thinkingProficiency with Law and Motions practice (i.e., Motions in Limine and all varieties of evidentiary motions)Highly proficient at taking and defending expert depositionsHighly adaptive in stressful scenarios but regimented in the overall trial approachAn expert in maintaining clear and consistent communication with staff, clients, and opposing counsel -- whether through email or stand alone correspondenceConsistent collaboration with internal legal team with weekly contributions from the managing partnerQualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law schoolActive State Bar membership in good standing7+ years' as Trial CounselPersonal Injury Experience Required
