Trial Attorney

Patagon Search (www.PatagonSearch.com) is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with 8-10+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side and dealing with victims.
This is a midsize national law firm with attorneys across the country.
This is a remote role based in Southern California, specifically for candidates in Orange County or the Inland Empire (San Bernardino to Riverside).
The role focuses on victim representation.
Necessary skills include:
Taking depositionsArguing motionsAttending hearingsSettlement negotiationsPreparing for and attending trial, when necessaryWe have an extensive relationship with this firm dating back several years.
