Trial Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our legal team in Dallas, TX.
While specific experience in business law is not required, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law and substantial first chair trial experience.
Responsibilities: Lead trial proceedings and represent clients in court.Manage a variety of complex legal cases from start to finish.Provide counsel and develop legal strategies tailored to client needs.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts and agreements.Advise clients on a range of legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk management.Work independently and handle multiple cases with minimal supervision. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Minimum of 5 years practicing law with trial experience.Proven experience as first chair in trials.Strong advocacy, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines effectively.Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar.
