Starting Salary is $130,000 - $218,750 annually.

Responsibilities Jeanette N. Little & Associates, insurance staff counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies, seeks a trial attorney with 0-10 years of experience to join our new Concord, CA office.
Full remote opportunities may be available for candidates residing in Fresco County only.
All other candidates would be required to spend some time working in the office.
Candidates must have exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence and trial strategy with outstanding written and oral advocacy skills.
Competitive candidates will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a caseload where all work is time-sensitive.

Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in California and a member in good standing of the California Bar0-10 years of civil litigation experience/jury trial experience required, preferably in insurance defense practiceExperience working in a paperless environmentStrong automation/technical skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentationStrong software skills including competency in Word, Outlook, and WestlawKnowledge of local and state discovery rules, trial procedures, and applicable substantive law commensurate with level of experienceExperience presenting and cross-examining lay and expert witnessesPotential starting salary range: $130,000 - $218,750Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience.High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary.All selected applicants will be required to complete an On Demand Interview screening video.
