Trials Analyst - Time Trials

What you'll do:
Extract, structure and analyze data to construct the foundation of a cancer genomics database in an effort to improve matching patients to clinical trials 
Work with multiple data sources, including EMR databases, to extract relevant information 
Read and understand clinical trial protocols and be able to identify high-fidelity patient matches 
Understand, analyze, and query various data sources to identify patients 
Consistently evaluate and improve the trial-matching processes including documentation and the organization of documents and templates
Maintain highest quality standard through rigorous QA process to identify and correct mistakes and inconsistencies in abstracted data
Create dashboards using data visualization tools to improve and streamline reporting

Required Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor's degree in an analytical or healthcare related field
1+ years of relevant work experience
SQL Proficiency
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Excel
Experience with Looker or other data visualization tools 
Obsessive attention to detail
Ability and willingness to work in an agile and expanding team environment

Experience working with EMRs
