TRILITH STORAGE + INVENTORY COORDINATOR - TEMPORARY Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The role of Trilith Storage + Inventory Coordinator is to provide excellent customer service to the staff and attendees of Passion City Church at Trilith by keeping the facility safe, clean, and fully functional. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Setup and tear down all needed elements for Sunday gatherings, special events, and other church gatheringsComplete quality control walkthrough of Town Stage + Shipyard prior to Sunday gatheringsEnsure all furniture and accessories are in good order for all setups. Make necessary repairs or replace damaged items to meet the setup requirements – storage + inventoryAdhere to excellence standards set by event owner when setting spacesConfirm all furniture and accessories used in setups are returned to their proper locations after an eventEnsure storage areas are kept in an excellent and organized mannerEnsure third-party location materials and supplies are properly stored and organizedMake sure all storage areas are maximized for efficient useCollaborate with Passion Kids + bloom Leaders to ensure all storage and inventory needs are metWork with facilities contractors to ensure all spaces are kept cleanProvide periodic reports to supervisor on the status of assigned workCoordinate deliveries, shipments and pickups with staff team as neededProvide feedback for the purpose of continual improvement of facilities and proceduresWork with supervisor to ensure buildings are opened and closed as scheduledHelp troubleshoot maintenance issues while immediately reporting the problem to the Building & Operations Coordinator This job description in no way states or implies that the ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are the only responsibilities of this position.
