Role Deep Understanding of the TRIRIGA Platform Development components, including and not limited to Data Modeler, Form Builder, Workflow Manager, Navigation Manager, Object Label Manager, etc. Must have the ability to work with Comparison tools to identify client configurations and shipping product processes Involve in customizations, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the TRIRIGA application and platform Subject Matter Expert in Real Estate Lease Accounting preferred Understand the customer's data requirements and work with the client's resources to accurately architect and scope upgrade/data integration/migration projects. Experience designing solutions, developing and implementing solutions. Ability to engage and manage client relationships. Ability to engage with the existing team and manage client expectations of deliverables. Manage all aspects of the project related to systems and technology and their specific applications for the client. Responsible for the technical design documentation as well as the hands-on configuration of the IBM TRIRIGA solution through all phases of the life cycle. Work multiple projects simultaneously and provide status updates to management on a regular basis and update project schedules. Work cooperatively with other team members to accomplish project work in an efficient and quality manner. Strong communication skills, including representing the company in industry standards organizations or industry technical forums. Strong team leadership, mentorship, and collaboration. Required 10+ years of experience in TRIRIGA Development Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter and highly proactive. Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines. Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: Chicago/Remote US locations.
